Contribute to this wiki

The English Martinus Wiki is a shared reference work. Contributors can help by improving existing pages, creating missing articles, checking sources and making the connections between concepts clearer.

Getting started

  • Create an account and log in if the wiki requires this for editing.
  • Read the page you want to improve and use the preview function before saving.
  • Begin with a small, clear improvement if you are new to wiki editing.
  • Add an edit summary so other contributors understand what was changed.
  • Use the discussion page when a change needs explanation or agreement.

Improve an existing page

Useful contributions include correcting spelling and grammar, improving the introduction, clarifying the structure, adding relevant internal links and repairing broken links. Keep the original meaning when making a copy-editing change.

If you add information about Martinus' analyses, check the relevant English edition or another traceable source. A citation should support the claim it follows, and a quotation should be accurate and clearly identified.

Create a new article

Before creating a page, search for related titles and check Wanted pages. Choose a clear, subject-focused title and link the new article from relevant existing pages.

An article should explain its subject in accessible English, distinguish Martinus' own analyses from later commentary, and include relevant references. Avoid adding claims that cannot be checked against a source.

Work with other contributors

Different contributors may understand a passage or editorial decision differently. Discuss substantial changes calmly and describe the source or reasoning behind your proposal. The aim is to improve the wiki, not to win an argument.

Maintenance

If you find a page that needs attention, see Maintenance. The maintenance categories help identify pages needing sources, expansion, cleanup, citation review or link review.

Useful starting points include:

Need help?

If you are unsure how to make a change, ask on the relevant discussion page or contact the wiki maintainer. It is better to ask before making a doubtful change than to add information that cannot be verified.
